• If you or someone you know have good website management ability like using cPanel, making Backups, making a change in HTML /JS files, you can deploy the change with minimal assistance from us choosing option A. However we do provide higher cost support options in case you need more help from us. These are support options B and C.

• You 0r someone you hire need some technical skills :
• Backup existing files.
• Change the files by adding our Translator JavaScript in  correct manner,
• Install WordPress
• For Authenticated Pages, a manual transfer of files and folder between your PC and your website.

Target Website:

• The web site which we will be translating needs to have ability to add little JavaScript code. If it is a known software that runs for example on  cPanel, it will have such ability. If it is hosted software system by another company, then the company has to be asked.
• On the website which is being translated, we have to add little JavaScript code which will show translations  and show the Language switcher, You should have write access to the web site and have ability to edit the files.  Because every website is different, the change will vary a little depending on what website software your are using.
• Depending on your technical ability to implement yourself, You will receive instructions on what has to be added.
• If you are able to check the recommended locations where the code needs to be added, please go ahead. Else if you need full support on making the change, we can research for you, but you still need to have access to the website’s files which need to be written.

WordPress Installation:

• Our translation system requires blank WordPress installation.
• You can install in any domain/ subdomain / location.
• The WordPress installation needs to be accessible on the Internet. It only needs to activate our WordPress Plugin.

Authenticated Pages Process

Our system will translate publicly accessible pages on your web site.

If you need to translate pages that require authentication, such as user account pages, checkout pages, then we have to follow a custom process which involves manually copying files from your PC to your WordPress installation. This is the only way. A instruction will be provided.

SEO for translated pages

The plugin does not create extra WordPress pages for each translated language, therefore search engine will not see those.
However the website will present in the selected language for each visitor.

To achieve SEO you can add to a specific section of your WordPress website, for example a category,  a post in each targeted language. Each post can serve as landing page for that language and include links to your other translated pages.  There is no need for link duplication for each language. Users select their language once via the dropdown.  From there each Translated Page will automatically show in the chosen language.
