You must be a specialist in an area/skill or be willing to specialize .
You must be professional, trustworthy and have no criminal convictions.
You might need fast voice/video connection for remote online work. Low quality microphones are not accepted.
A good microphone investment is the best you can do for an online working endeavor.
Freelance Taxation :
We are based in Europe, Bulgaria and we apply both European and Global law in our dealing with freelancers.
In general each freelancer is responsible for taxation and social contributions in their country,
In your agreement with us this will be specifically clarified.
VAT
Our services are inclusive of 20% EU VAT. Freelancer percentages are affected by this.
Background and Reference checks
It is always a priority to ensure that we work with provably trusted people as we work with both end clients and sensitive information.
Trustiness will be judged on past performance, recommendations, Social Media presence, public online history. Reference checks may be performed with certain services.
Payments fees
Per the payment provider chosen, you might need to pay their transaction or other fees.
We will operate select set of payment methods including Fiat, Banking, Cards, Crypto.
Only approved payment methods can be used.
Payment Terms
Payments will be made once or twice per month on a set schedule.
3 to 4 working days at minimum need to pass after service delivery, to provide our customers ability to file a complain.
