JustAlien delivers web services via a network of freelancers worldwide. Our Legal residence is in the European Union, Bulgaria.
Privacy Policy
We do not collect any kind of personal data for distribution to third parties.
Since we operate a network of freelancers worldwide, order and registration data will be used to match freelancers to clients. This will involve forwarding order data such as type of service request, service delivery details, etc. to select group of freelancers who might be a possible match with each order. This process is no different than any other freelance platform on the Internet.
Only details needed to describe/match specific order will be used. Billing data such as billing address is not forwarded.
Each client will provide contact data such as email and phone number. This contact will be provided to the assigned freelancer in order to contact the client.
Cookies
We only operate standards based, professionally maintained web site. The cookies used are only technical required for the connection to work between the web site and the client computer.
We don’t utilize cookies for specific user tracking of any kind.
Debit Card Payments Security
We use market leading card processor Stripe which handles all Debit Card Information.
The payment happens directly at the Stripe site via SSL channel. Our website does not receive Debit Card information at all. The website only received payment success/failure notifications from the payment provider.
GDRP data collection per EU law
The same Privacy Policy applies. We do not collect user data in order to forward to third parties.
The data which clients provide is needed to deliver the services which were requested. This data is stored internally at our secure Web Site as well as in a secure internal storage.
When an order is made by a client, we will notify a group of freelancers with details of the order i.e order name, delivery date. Once a freelancer accepts an order – we forward to them the contact details which the freelancer will use to contact the client, i.e email, phone number.
We have a Freelancer legal agreement and Freelancer conduct code which our freelancers follow.
